2. Service Agreement

By engaging Studio ng Limited for design services, the Client agrees to provide detailed project requirements, timelines, and expectations. Any additional services requested after the original agreement may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

•Payment for services will be made in accordance with the terms specified in the project proposal or invoice provided.

•For larger projects, a deposit of 50% is required upfront before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

4. Revisions and Approvals

•Studio ng Limited will provide a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

•Once the final design has been approved by the Client, any further modifications will be considered additional work and charged accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

•Upon full payment, Studio ng Limited grants the Client full ownership of the final design work delivered. However, Studio ng Limited retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•All preliminary designs, drafts, concepts, or rejected work remain the property of Studio ng Limited unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

•The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.

•The Client guarantees that any material supplied to Studio ng Limited for use in a design project does not infringe any copyright or trademark laws.

7. Confidentiality

Both Studio ng Limited and the Client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes business plans, personal information, or any project-specific details.

8. Termination

•Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be billed for all completed work up to the date of termination.

•If the Client terminates the project after design work has started, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

9. Liability

•Studio ng Limited shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from the use of designs created for the Client, including any trademark or copyright infringements.

•The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all final designs are legally compliant and suitable for their intended purpose.

10. Website Use

•By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

•Studio ng Limited makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the website or its content. We are not responsible for any technical issues or downtime.

•Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.
